Regional Championship (Meisterschaft Süd)

On Friday (06.03.2026), we traveled by train from Munich Central Station to Ingolstadt Nord with the necessary materials in order to set up our team stand and carry out initial tests of our vehicle. During this time, we also received important information about the schedule and procedures for the competition on Saturday. Afterwards, in the late afternoon, our team returned to Munich.

On Saturday (07.03.2026), we took an early regional train back to Ingolstadt. During the journey, we used the time to review our documents for the team stand presentation and the main presentation. After arriving, we mainly focused on the team stand presentation, which was our first evaluation. During the following break, we took the opportunity to visit the stands of other teams and gather ideas and inspiration for the coming year. Our main presentation went very well and we were able to introduce our team and its journey the judges. In the time between the presentations and the race, we relaxed and exchanged ideas with members of other teams.

During the race itself, our vehicle unfortunately struggled to deliver due to its relatively high weight. Nevertheless, our Social Media Manager, Vivienne Nagypál, impressed us with an outstanding reaction time. After the lunch break, we competed in the knockout race but were eliminated in the first round.

Afterwards, we attended two interesting presentations by the Technical University of Ingolstadt (THI) as well as by the Blue Wolves, the silver medalists at the World champion of the 2024/2025 season. At the subsequent award ceremony, we achieved 3rd place in Bavaria and 8th place in the senior (Pro) category.

Following the ceremony, we gathered feedback on our team stand in order to better prepare for the 2026/2027 season. Afterwards, we packed up our materials and began the journey back to Munich, satisfied with our experience.

in conclusin the competition was a great success for us, even though there are still several areas where we can improve and not everything went perfectly. The entire team gained valuable experiences and learned a great deal. We are motivated to continue developing next year with the goal of qualifying for the German National Championship and even the World Championship.
